Do I need Premium to download my resume?
No. A resume PDF uses 8 credits and a new account starts with 30. Premium is for when you download and use the AI features often.
Can I cancel Premium?
Yes, at any time from the billing page. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
A new Premium subscription has a 7-day money-back guarantee. Contact us within 7 days of subscribing for a full refund.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the day you buy them. Your balance and expiry dates are on the credits page.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by Stripe, with a credit or debit card. Your card details never reach our servers.
